While you're having winter in 12-7 pic, we're in the 70's this week - ugh - not winter-like at all. So glad to see snow this season!!
I know the porch (not porche) restoration was a long project, longer than ever anticipated. So glad you know how to make those changes and know how to do a good thorough job. Looks wonderful!!
